Circled builds a support chatbot out of material you already wrote: help pages, a shipping policy, a price list, the answers your team types twenty times a week. The chatbot answers from that material rather than inventing something, and it lives on your site as a bubble in the corner or a frame inside a page.

Who it suits

Small teams where the same handful of questions arrive every day and nobody has time to answer them twice. A shop, a booking service, a software product with a documentation page. If your answers already exist in writing, a chatbot can hand them out around the clock.

What it will not do

It will not replace a person on anything that needs judgement, an exception, or an apology. It answers from what you gave it, so a question your material never covered is a question it should hand over rather than guess at. That hand-off is the part worth setting up carefully.
